What We Do
Our Traffic Control team manages lane closures, flagging operations, and temporary traffic management on active roadways. TCAs (Traffic Control Assistants) and TCOs (Traffic Control Officers) work alongside crews to ensure jobsite safety and traffic flow compliance.
The Sign Installation division handles the fabrication, placement, and maintenance of highway guide signs, warning signs, and regulatory signage. Crews operate bucket trucks and post-drivers to install signage per TxDOT and MUTCD standards.
Our Thermoplastic team applies durable pavement markings — lane lines, crosswalks, stop bars, arrows, and symbols — using hot-applied thermoplastic equipment. Crew members operate specialized striping machines on highways and roadways across Texas.
The Office Division supports company operations through project coordination, payroll processing, billing, document control, and administrative support. Office staff keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

No experience necessary. Learn flagging, lane closure setups, and traffic management on active job sites. On-the-job training and certifications provided.
